All rugs are cleaned using a detergent free solution ensuring a thorough cleaning process. Once the rugs have been cleaned you can then chose to have them re proofed, offering protection and comfort to you and your horse throughout the year.

All Reproofing is carried out by hand to ensure 100% coverage

Rugs are not only used in the winter months, so don’t forget the other rugs and accessories that are used the rest of the year, e.g. Coolers, sweat rugs & numnahs

RUG REPAIRS

REPAIRS ARE CARRIED OUT 'IN HOUSE' OFFERING THE BEST SERVICE FOR
BOTH YOU AND YOUR HORSE. ONLY THE BEST MATERIALS AND FITTINGS ARE
USED, ENSURING A PERFECT MATCH.
AS REPAIRS ARE NEVER THE SAME FOR EACH RUG, WE WILL ASSESS THE
DAMAGE AND CONTACT THE CUSTOMER WITH A PRICE FOR THE REPAIRS. DUE TO
HEALTH AND SAFETY, REPAIRS WILL ONLY BE CARRIED OUT ON CLEAN RUGS.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

Please ensure that all rugs are placed in a bag, clearly labelled with Name and Contact details. Services required must be specified, example Wash or Wash & Reproof. (If no details are available , rugs will not be taken on the
arranged collection day)

Rugs will be cleaned, packaged and returned within 7 days.
